Refund Policy

In the event that the WVD event is canceled, registrations will be refunded.

Registration fees, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the 2023 WVD-USA Registrar’s office received on or before June 1, 2023. After June 1, 2023, there will be no refund of fees for cancellation or for lack of attendance without notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been received by the 2023 WVD-USA Registrar’s office. Refund requests must be in writing and sent to info@globalvitiligofoundation.org
